SYNOPSIS:
The film approaches the routine of my grandmother, Yiannoula, portraying the special bond between herself and the lemon trees that grow in her house. It is about a bond that connects her with her beloved village, Karavas, from which she fled as a refugee in July of 1974.
ΒΙΟGRAPHY
Born in Cyprus in 1996, Ioannis is a graduate of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University. During his studies, he has been involved in the field of Photography
and Cinema. As a student, he has created the short documentary films “Dead Zone” and “Roots”, while participating in the documentary film “L’ Art des Mains”, taking on the role of director of photography, sound mixer and editor.
